2. Information we collect

·         Contact details such as your name, email address, delivery address and telephone number.

·         Order information, including the products you buy and delivery details.

·         Information, files or images you send us when asking about a custom or bespoke piece.

·         Newsletter signup details where you choose to subscribe.

·         Technical and cookie information as described in our separate Cookie Policy.

Payment and transaction information is processed through Squarespace Payments, our website payment solution. Squarespace Payments uses Stripe for payment processing and Sift for fraud monitoring and detection. These providers receive and process relevant personal information in accordance with their own privacy policies. We do not normally receive or store your full card details. Where you choose an alternative payment method such as Klarna, that payment provider may also receive and process information needed to provide that payment method.

3. Why we use your information

·         To respond to enquiries and custom-print requests (contract or legitimate interests).

·         To keep records required for tax, accounting and legal purposes (legal obligation).

We do not sell your personal information and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

We may share only the information needed with service providers that help us run the business, including Squarespace (website hosting, ecommerce, Email Campaigns and Squarespace Payments), Stripe (payment processing through Squarespace Payments), Sift (fraud monitoring and detection), delivery and professional advisers where necessary. If you choose an alternative payment method such as Klarna, the relevant payment provider may also process information needed to complete the transaction. We may also disclose information where required by law.

5. International processing

Some service providers may process information outside the UK. Where this happens, we rely on the safeguards used by those providers and applicable data-protection law.

6. How long we keep information

We keep personal information only for as long as needed for the purpose for which it was collected and to meet legal, tax and accounting requirements.
